职位描述
任职条件:
1、5年或以上零售经验。具备品牌服装、服饰或相关行业销售经验为佳
2、具备较强领导能力、组织协调能力、执行能力和良好的人际关系处理能力;
3、有销售数据分析及处理能力;
4、具有良好的表达及沟通能力
5、掌握基本电脑操作和财务知识;
6、中英语表达流利;
7、有高度责任心和敬业精神,敢于面对挑战;
主要职责:
1、完成店铺总体生意目标(销售目标和毛利目标);
2、店铺的管理(控制店铺存货,根据陈列要求和顾客需要,定立适当的货品摆位,以及适当调配货品);
3、推动店铺提供卓越服务;
4、店铺内的人员管理;
5、并带领店铺同事有效提升顾客服务质素,完成公司营业额指标

MAIN ROLE
To lead and supervise retail sales associates to provide an inspirational in-store shopping experience to customer. Ensure smooth running of store retail operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure the highest level of service to customers through proper management of staff, housekeeping of the store, optimum level of inventory and smooth operations of retail store
· To guide sales associates to provide best customer service through critics and training
· To give the highest customer service at all times.
· To present oneself appropriately and in line with the brand image and company dress code.
· To understand the customer and develop the sale by selecting an appropriate range of options for the customer, providing good product knowledge, overcoming objections and offering appropriate additional items (link selling).
· To retrieve customer data to build a data base of customer base
· To effectively deal with telephone orders and enquiries, promotional activities in the store
· To be aware of the procedure for dealing with customer complaints..
· To strive to meet individual sales targets and be aware of store sales targets.
