Job Summary
- Provide employees HR related services
- Support HR team members to ensure smooth HR operations
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to existing HR related systems and end-user support on applications of system
- Creation/Deletion/Change of staff movement/change of employment status in HR system and database
- To work closely with Operating Unit HR to ensure HR internal processes & procedures are in place
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- Excellent English and basic skills in MS office
- Target-driven, self-motivated and strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Open-minded and good team player
- Good at communication with others
- can work 3 days a week
