Client background: our client is a French-based chemical company, has a plants in Jiangsu province with more than 400 employees.



Responsibility:
-Under general supervision, develops and executes corporate risk management and loss prevention programs including risk management and safety plans to directly support the mission and strategic goals of the Company while complying with laws, regulations; accreditation and professional practice standards
-Exercises independent judgment within broad policy guidelines
-Directly supervises and manages staff responsible for safety management operations and support, drive OH&S practices and behaviors to underpin a positive safety culture
-Participates in the development and performance of strategic risk assessments, budgeting, and workforce mentoring
-5 years above experience in chemical engineering industry
-Fluent English skills
-Strong experience of implementing the Safety Standard we want to do, also a strong experience in Hygiene and Environment, in OHSA-a plus is ISO 14001.
