职位描述
Job Purpose
? Make the production plan according to the customer demand and production capacity, to fully use existing resource to get maximum output. Improve OEE and production efficiency and work quality in workshop, and fully involved in continuous improvement
Job Responsibilities
? Make the detailed production plan for each shift to utilize the existing facility to get the maximum output.
? Take initiative to handle all abnormality related quality at workshop.
? Develop and implement plans for continuous improvement activities for manufacturing and other supply chain operation in ZJG site.
? Prepare and implement the required procedures and working practices to ensure all activities are carried out according to statutory and corporate requirement as well as maintaining the requirements of ISO9001,ISO14001 and ISO18000.
HSE Requirements:
? Follow HSE regulations of company and wear PPE appropriately when working.
? Receive HSE training and grasp work related knowledge & techniques, reinforce the ability of accident prevention & emergency response.
? Report to HSE or other responsible immediately when any hidden risk or unsafe condition is observed.
Main tasks
? Work with Planning planner to make the detailed production plan according to existing production recourse. Make adjustment when something abnormal happened, to balance the customer demand and real production.
? Coordinate the recourse for the changed production plan, to ensure producing the right product at the right time.
? Investigate the abnormal batches at workshop with related department, to ensure the batches are treated correctly and timely, and corrective & preventive measurement are implemented and followed.
? Make a plan to improve the efficiency and fully involved in the continuous improvement at workshop.
? Responsible for the label management.
Job requirements
? Education/experience:Advanced College/Bachelor in Chemistry background with 4-6 years relevant experience
? Languages (other than native)
? English (Necessary)
