4.0 Job Responsibilities
4.1 Formal Responsibilities

Plan, supervise and conduct assigned customer-and R&D projects using established processes to ensure project objectives are met.

Initiate and conduct internal/external testing of products to ensure required quality level.
4.2 Job Results
Test new or alternative raw materials, initiate approval processes, and support implementation in the region according to established procedures.
According to tasks given by R&D manager.

Develop new products using market input and requirements to assure competitiveness and profitability.

Support Sales and Marketing by planning, establishing, prioritizing and executing new products implementation to ensure sustained product quality and competitiveness.

5.0 Main tasks

· Conduct assigned development tasks/projects in accordance with plans and as instructed by task/project leader.

· Give technical laboratory technicians needed training and support. Contribute to continuous improvement of knowledge and working processes in CN .

· Support Sales and Marketing on products implementation.

· Report and disseminate obtained formulations and knowledge.

· Assist Local Lab Manager CN with respect to of lab work planning, HSE issues, RM labelling, 5S system maintenance, lab staff leading when required.
