KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

v Equipment availability

v Repair management and supervision

v Shut down planning

v Logistics (tank farm, piping, warehouse equipment)

v Responsible for equipment optimization, strong technical support to improve productivity and quality

v Spare part management

v Documentation: Creation and maintenance (control schematics, reports, databases, guidelines…)

v Examine and approve the maintenance final accounts for the contractors

v Responsible for approved capital and its appropriate use

v Adherence to budget

v Set the preventive / predictive maintenance scheduling

v Develop standard maintenance procedure

v Maintain P&IDs

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

n Educational background:

v University degree or equivalent in chemical industry engineering or chemical equipment manufacturing engineering or related

n Skills:

v Knowledge of relevant legislation, official specifications, regulations and technical instructions

v Basic knowledge in business management

v Multidisciplinary technical knowledge

v Good budget preparation and spare part management

v Good experience in project involvement

v Troubleshooting and root cause analysis

v Knowledge in using AutoCAD

v Good English reading skill, good spoken English preferred

v Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

n Experiences:

v Relevant working experience over 5 years in chemical industry

v Good experience in project involvement

n Special qualifications:

v Problem/result- oriented working , creative/practical thinking

v Independent/ innovative working

v Cost consciousness

v Good budget preparation and spare parts management skills

v Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, good communication skills, team spirit

v Leadership and soft skills

v Participate in on call duty service 24/7.
