Job description:
Part 1
1) Perform monthly accounting closing procedures regarding service parts business.
2) Prepare reconciliation between JDE and SPC tool at closing period.
3) Ensure produce costing report timely and assign to related entities.
4) Record accounting entries timely at closing including standard or non-standard journal entries after appropriate approval.
5) Conduct daily as well as annual cost and prices updating with local business team.
6) Prepare accounting reconciliation timely and ensure any issues found and solved promptly.
7) Follow up issues of internal audits.
8) Update cycle count results at GL level.
9) Accrue on-standard entries under supervision of GL manager and local finance manager.
10) Other ad-hoc assignments
11) Cooperate with TJ HQ finance team to solve accounting issues if any.
12) Review and maintain prices and costs of the inventories under the supervision of local finance manager.
13) Conduct cycle count and annual physical inventory with business team.
14) Prepare monthly branch P&L management report for management review.
15) Other ad-hoc assignments of accounting aspects.
Part 2
1) Coordinate with business team to ensure no violation of tax regulations and finance polices and coach business team to make a solid compliance with internal control policies.
2) Review tax documents and cooperate with outsourced tax firm.
3) Cooperate with TJ HQ tax team on related matters.
4) Find any tax risks if any and provide solutions to management and communicate with local tax authority to solve issues.
5) Accomplish documents well to meet audit requirements either from tax authority or internal auditors.
6) Other ad-hoc assignments of tax aspects.
Requirements
1) Bachelor degree or above in Finance or accounting.
2) Minimum 5 years in related functions in MNC.
3) Intermediate accounting certificate holder and firm experiences are preferred.
4) To work in integrity, interpersonally and proactively.
5) Be aware of ERP system, JDE is preferred.
6) Skilled in MS office.
7) Fluent on both oral and written English.
