Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
Report to: PE Manager （工艺工程经理）
Subordinate: None
Key Responsibilities:
1. Improve process yield, and FPY.
2. Continual process improvement and product quality improvement.
3. Productivity and efficiency improvement.
4. Define and optimize process parameters.
5. Establish, update and maintain related engineering documents, like PFMEA, work instruction.
6. New product and new material trial run and release.
7. Familiar with work instruction make and operator train.
8. Familiar with operation standard make and modification.
9. Familiar with QC 7 tools.
Job Requirements:
1. At least college degree, major in physical, electrical or mechanical application related area.
2. Over 5 years of PE (Process Engineering) experience.
3. Good skill in failure analysis, data analysis.
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
5. Having certain English capability in reading and writing.
6. Familiar with Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, MSA, DOE.
