职位描述：
Work with E&ES Homes R&D team in performing Product and System integration test for Hardware and Software.
1. Perform testing tasks throughout the project cycle - Analyze requirements, system/product specification, develop test plan, test cases/scripts, execute tests, create reports and make recommendations for improvement
2. Investigate, troubleshoot and escalate problems
3. Work closely with coworkers and other teams to drive product quality
4. Can work in system team in build automation testing and also perform whitebox testing
5. Document system/product/software defects, using a defect tracking system, and report defects to developers.
6. Generate testing report; ensure the quality of the project match the quality objectives.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above. 3+ year working experience as test engineer
2. A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, hard work attitude and responsible.
3. Ability to develop test plans based on project schedule and system / product specifications
4. Ability to develop test cases and scenarios based on requirements and designs
5. Ability to develop automation testing scripts to support project automation testing
6. Skill to investigate and troubleshoot problems
7. Good communication skills with fluency in written and oral English
8. Strong testing project management and organization skills. Detail oriented. Must be a self-starter with ability to prioritize multiple projects.
9. HVAC domain and product knowledge is a plus
10. Agile/Scrum knowledge and experience is a plus. 举报 分享
