This position will report to IT Director, PS China. Key responsibilitieswill support IT Director, serve as the IT partner to the PS China and JVbusiness leaders

This position serves as a liaison and advocate between JCI business and JCIIT and JVs. The position will establish IT service portfolio management andgovernance, provide IT consulting service enabled by a deep understand of bothbusiness process and technology including leading business planning,establishing SLAs and ensuring funding for IT initiatives.. This positionrequires a demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of requests, mediatebetween competing priorities, and interact with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.

This position is accountable for ensuring commonization leveraging theChina process template and JCI IT infrastructure for the JVs. This role willlead the design, development and maintenance of IT Applications and keep ITGreen by ensuring relevant compliance procedures are in place for China JVs. Theposition needs to ensure IT supports customer and business requirements fromChina JVs.

This position will represent PS China to attend new M&A due diligenceand help to develop and build business case. This position will lead all PSChina new site launch programs, secure IT budget along with business launchteam, build IT plan for the new site launch.

Additional responsibilities include: Provide guidance and direction to JVIT operations, improve the IT operational excellence (includes leveraging PSChina Helpdesk model to JVs, streamline processes and workflows for JV);guiding IT Compliance/SOX/Security control to align with PS China policies,procedures.

This position is extremely collaborative and requires a confident andcompetent person who inspires and leads by example; someone who continuallyraises the bar on quality, design, attitude, enthusiasm, andaccountability. The position requires astrong self-starter who can deliver consistently at a tactical level. Strongcommunications in presentations, influence/persuasiveness, team interaction,and business partnerships as well as administrative skills are a must.

Education:

§ Bachelor’sdegree in Business, MIS or comparable field;

§ 10-15 years ofwork experience in IT;

§ 3-5 years ofexperience in a similar position.

Technology Focus (Preferredexperience in one of the following):

o Good ITinfrastructure knowledge, includes network, telephone system, IPT, etc.;

o Good Applicationknowledge, includes QAD, SAP, Sales Force, EDI,etc,;

o Good Plant ITlaunch project experience, e.g. design, implement new plant IT infrastructure solutions,help plant ready for SOP;

o Familiar with ITCompliance process and governance;

o Good businesssense
