职位描述：
1 A significant portion of the job responsibility revolves around the support of the client technologies with a focus on the client’s desktop, problem solving teams, project landings and testing.
2 Working with Technical Support and Engineering teams to provide additional testing, training, troubleshooting and documentation.
3 Provide training and consultation for the Level 1 help desk agents.
4 Provide operational support for the enterprise computing environment (SAP Applications, VMWare, Hyper-V, Windows Servers, Wide Area Network, UC4 batch scheduling, etc)
5 Cover prime-time (Business) hours from Monday through Friday (local time) and on-call support for urgent situations on non-prime-time hours, weekends and holidays.
6 Communications, research, testing, documentation, project management and trouble-shooting
Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience
2. 5+ years of IT Infrastructure support experience, Client experience preferred
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English
4. Additional language skills preferred, but not required
5. Strong problem solving and customer service skills
