EXPECTATION

A prospective Operations Coordinator should essentially have good communication skills.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties and responsibilities listed by importance:

1. Management of Store Performance Evaluators (SPE)
? Guide the SPEs through the registration process
? Train them on project requirements
? Assign store visits

2. SPE Recruitment
? Build SPE database
? Recruit through referrals and recruitment websites

3. Operations Execution and Screening
? Ensure that the surveys are correctly uploaded on and routed through our online platform.
? Ensure that the brand requirements are followed by the SPEs and reflected correctly in the surveys.

4. Survey Quality Check
? Validating and improving the language, flow, and readability of the survey or report, wherever required, without losing the meaning of the original text.
? Communicate with SPEs in case of discrepancies
? Submit validated surveys

QUALIFICATIONS

Education University Degree
Experience Fresh graduate with internship experience in an office
Key Skills ? Good oral and written skills in English and local language is a must.
? Excellent Communication skills
? Networking and social media skills
