A. Summary of the role职位设置目的
? Responsible for Marketing Commercialization activities in Pest Control China
? Meet segment/brand objectives (volume, profit, share) that contribute to achieving China business objectives
B. Detailed Roles and Responsibilities 详细岗位职责
Innovation
? Manage late Commercialization and Launch phases of NPDs. Manage local NPD taskforce to ensure appropriate rollout of NPDs.
? Adapt graphics for assigned brand, segment, and project
? Provide support in NPD registration.
Consumer Communications
? Adopt/adapt platform-led IMC assets including TVC, KV and POSM
? Create local IMC digital/social assets
Business Operation
? Monthly share report draft, SOP step 1 meeting deck preparation
? Day-to-day system management of SAP, AW, etc.
Other
Category level project assigned (eg. E-commerce plan, bring science to life, etc.)
Processes
? For brand/segment/project, active participation in S&OP process, step 1 and 2.
? Coordinate with Sales the planning of Consumer and Trade Promotions for assigned segment, brand, or project.
? Track sales and shares for assigned brand, segment, or project. Track NPD performance. Course correct.
? Collaborate with PS on managing SKUs and SLOBs for assigned brand or segment.
? Provides support in ICP and Corplan preparation.
? Adopt master artwork.
? Proposes product pricing in accordance to the Platform-originated pricing strategy.
? Identify Shopper Insights and translate them into actionable plans to win at the POS for assigned category.

? From limited to <8 years of experience. Experience could include combined Marketing/Sales experience.
