Responsibilities：
? To deliver solution design based on country transport model
? To work with Country Transport team and project team to ensure implementation is on time and on budget
? To work with Country Transport to understand business direction and supporting their aspiration and/or requirement
? To work with Transport IT Product head to ensure full compliance to establish product management policy and process
? To work with APAC TMS Product Manager on defining product roadmap taking input from vendor and business users

? To build strong working relationships with the Country Business Unit and IT teams.
? Escalation of any project related issues.
? Management and development of project resources – ensuring the skills requirements of the project are met and understood.
? Communication – contribute to the effective communication structure in place i.e. weekly / monthly team meetings.
任职要求
Skills / Qualifications：
? Excellent knowledge in Transport logistic process and organization
? Excellent business knowledge on transport logistics solution, e.g. Oracle Transport Management, Kewill TMS, etc
? Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with ability to articulate idea/solution with ease to both Transport community and IT community.
? Results oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on high quality service performance across different locations with different conditions
? Commercial awareness
?Minimum 5+ years working experience in IT preferably in logistics industry.
? At least 3+ years of experience in project implementation, delivery and support for WMS/TMS System
? Consulting experience will be advantageous
? Technical/Engineering University Bachelors/Master’s Degree
? Project Delivery Qualification an advantage
? Fluent in English (verbal and written)
