职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

? 对采购提供的潜在供应资源进行现场审核以确保供应商满足欧拓对于供应商的基本需求；
? To audit the potential supplier to ensure the supplier can meet Autoneum’s basic requirements;
? 参与采购主导的针对具体项目的供应商技术评审大会，对存在高风险的供应商实施一票否决；
? To participate technical review meeting of specific projects provides by procurement and carry one-vote veto on high risk supplier;
? 指导供应商对于AQP的策划以及监视供应商的AQP落实，以确保供应商根据项目的节点完成产品、过程的设计与开发过程在各个阶段的工作，并成功进入量产阶段；包括最终的PPAP审核与批准任务，向PLM系统上传供应商的PPAP文件包；
? To direct supplier for AQP plan and monitor the implementa-tion, to ensure that suppliers can complete product ,design and development process in various stages, and successfully entered the stage of mass production; Including the final PPAP review and approval task, upload supplier PPAP package to the PLM system;
? 确保在项目开发阶段有关供应商的工程变更得到适当的评审、并确保工程变更得到落实；
? To carry out proper technical review on supplier’s engineering change at project development stage and ensure the engi-neering change implemented;
? 协助项目组的其他成员（如：AQP、PM、采购等）完成项目开发阶段的有关供应商在质量方面的任务；
? To assist the other members of the project group (such as: AQP, PM, procurement, etc.) to complete the task about quality at project development stage ;
? 汇报项目进展与关键障碍给采购经理并协助采购经理达成项目目标以及团队目标。
? To report project progress and key obstacles to purchasing manager and assist purchasing manager to achieve project goals and team target

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
五年以上供应商品质开发管理或SQE相关工作经验，且至少有三年以上在汽车行业从事供应商品质管理的相关工作经验；
At least 5 years in the same function or SQE working experience and at least 3 years SDE experience in Automobile industry;
具备较强的先期品质策划的理念；
Have sound concept on advanced quality planning;
熟悉EPP发泡零件、PUR发泡零件、PE Foam零件的生产过程及其生产工艺；
Familiar with manufacturing process and technique of EPP foam parts, PUR foam parts and PE foam parts;
熟悉注塑件的生产过程及其生产工艺；
Familiar with manufacturing process and technique of injection molding
熟悉冲压件/钣金件的制造过程及其生产工艺；
Familiar with manufacturing process and technique of stamping parts and sheet metal;
熟悉无纺布、汽车内饰地毯零件的制造过程及其工艺；
Familiar with manufacturing process and technique of Non-woven and automobile internal decoration parts;
具备形位公差分析、累积误差分析的知识；
Have practical knowledge of geometrical tolerances and accumulative error analysis;
具备APQP和PPAP的知识，并且能熟练应用；
Have practical knowledge of APQP and PPAP;
具备MSA、SPC、PPK、CPK、8D、fishbone、FMEA、正态检验、直方图、DOE等工具并能熟练使用；
Skillful capability of SPC,PPK,CPK,8D,FISHBONE,FMEA,Normality Test, Histogram Column Diagram and DOE Tools;
具备优秀的品质管理意识和解决问题的思路和方法、以及清晰的逻辑思维；
Have clear thinking of quality management and problem solving solu-tions;
能熟练使用统计软件，例如Minitab或JMP软件，具备分析质量数据的基础能力；
Have data analysis capability and able to use statistical software such as Minitab, JMP etc.
具备优秀的内外部的沟通能力、团队协作能力以及积极应对质量问题的心态；
Have outstanding internal and external communication ability, team spirit and problem solving attitude;
熟悉ISO/TS16949体系、过程方法并具备体系审核、过程审核（或VDA6.3）的资质与能力；
Familiar with ISO/TS16949 system and have qualification on system audit and process audit;
熟练使用MS Office软件，包括Word、Excel、Power Point。
Profound knowledge of PC application, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
熟悉PPAP过程，并能对供应商实施PPAP审核以确保供应商提交的PPAP文件符合欧拓或客户的要求。

Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd.supports the businesses of other plants in Asia in sales, technology, purchasing, finance and so on.
