职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and drive efforts across China BUs and operation sites: standardization of approach/process, driving cost reduction target, lead project prioritization and resource allocation models. The objective is to drive a high level of visibility and accountability around whole company level on continuous improvement and lean sigma initiatives.
2. Support different BUs and operation sites to do business analysis or statistics analysis to find out business trend, or insights for the decision;
3. Support MBB to deliver Lean, Six Sigma GB training, and specific workshop training to candidates and be capable to support MBB design and modify training materials according to business requirements
4. Drive changes into the organization (Continuous Improvement culture, Lean, Six sigma, Innovation…)
5. Coordinate the selection process for the most impact projects, and drive the allocation of resources required to support them (e.g., management team, GB team and lean sigma committee…)
6. Be a key enabler in realizing Lean Sigma Vision, Mission and Positioning (creating a culture obsessed with continuous improvement).
7. Benchmark our businesses against BUs/Ops sites, relevant competitors or best in class industries; bring these ideas into the company, and spread them, to be the Key facilitator of best practice sharing.
8. Tight coordination and collaboration with BUs and Operation sites management team to bring benefit and provide value added service, good communication and facilitation to avoid duplicate any of the ongoing efforts, nor confuse our employee base.
9. This position must be a Lean & Six Sigma expert in skill, knowledge and statistics analysis skills.
Main Requirements:
1. A minimum of a BS degree required; statistics or math is preferred. PhD or Masters level degree would a plus.
2. Black Belt or Senior Black Belt background
3. Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience
4. Must have 5 years of hands-on six sigma/lean experience (i.e., must have lead the successful implementation in a company, not as a consultant)
5. Deep project management experience
6. Minitab, SASS, or JMP advanced skill is plus
7. Cross functional experience (e.g. Lab service, manufacturing, R&D, quality, supply chain and Engineering)
8. Chemistry and Life sciences background is a plus

4. High degree of creativity and problem solving skills, statistics analytical skills to adapt the lean six sigma tools and create new ones to suit needs.
5. Coupling strong analytical skills with good interpersonal skills. Ability to relate to people at very different levels in the organization (shop floor technician to Senior Management team)
6. Great leadership skills, more specifically in influencing, and driving complex situations and projects to the desired outcome
7. Strong communicator with very high energy level.
8. Hands-on, action-oriented, and able to implement effectively in an matrix-managed organization;
9. Willing to travel (10-15%);
