岗位职责：
For our domain Software Integration Services we are searching for a Lead Developer who shall manage current test projects for automotive infotainment software provided by customers and help to acquire future projects for software integration and development in the automotive infotainment area. The focus of this position is first on technology and later on project management. We are looking for hands on experience.
 
Main responsibilities:
 
· Communicate to customers and suppliers about the project status, issues and solutions
· Planning and controlling the project and related testers and developers
· Analysis of system requirements, architecture and interfaces
· Setup of system integration and test infrastructure
· Definition, planning, coordination, execution and reporting of all test activities, including manual and to be defined automated tests
· Explore and open up new customers (OEMs and automotive electronics system supplier), support to create the technical solutions and cost estimation to sales.
Work in an international and multi-site environmentCooperation and compliance with EB standards and practices
· Ensure deliveries and all related project activities to be in time and on budget
 
任职要求：
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above
· Excellent communication and language skills
· Good English skills (CET4 or more)
· Profound knowledge about software development (C/C++)
· More than 5 years related work experience
· Background in drivers, OS and applications development
· Understanding of complex embedded systems
· Ability to work independently, strong sense of responsibility, communicate with customers, initiative and flexibility
· Have a strong self-management skill, willing to establish and lead the team or have such a capacity.
· Related applications engineering experience is preferred, such as familiar with Bluetooth, Audio architecture, QT, Media components, Test frameworks or vehicle information entertainment system.
