NCH CHINA is the wholly owned china subsidiary of NCH Corporation based in Dallas, Texas.
The company manufactures and sells industrial products including water treatment chemicals,greases,oils,patching componds and other maintenance products.The company has been in china since the 1990s and currently employs over 250 sales and service representatives all throughout China.
The HR supervisor is a key role in the growth of NCH CHINA. the main function of this role is to provide information and analysis regarding compensation, benefits, employee contract, disciplinary action, and other HR related issues.
The HR supervisor will be based in the NCH CHINA songjiang office and report directly to the China Business Director.
Principle Duties& Responsibilities
1. manage all issues related to monthlu payroll including calculation of employee bonuses, social benefits, etc. also including responding to all compensation related inquiries from employees.
2. Prepare monthly personal income tax forms for submission to the local tax bureau
3. Provide timely and detailed analysis of compensation, social benefits and other items as requested by mangement.
4. Assit in preparing annual HR plan
5. Effectively work adn communicate with other departments( finance, operations, administration)
6. Proactively identify process improvements and present solutions to management regarding how to implement changes.
7. Carry out additioanl responsibilities as directed by management.
Work Experience&Abilities Required
1. 3 years of solid HR experience including at least two years related to compensation and benefits. Experience in HR analytics a plus
2. willing to learn
3. willing to work hard
4. Responsible, organized
5. Strong in M-Excel, PPT, Word, Experience in M-Access a plus
6. Experience using HR enterprise software. preferably Oracle.
7. Self-starter, enthusiastic , loyal
8. Able to handle pressure, and demonstrates a strong work ethic
9. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
10. Strong English communication in both spoken and written.
