SPECIFICATION MANAGER
Educate local market and customers to create demands for Company flooring products.
Establish key accounts and manage relationships with customer decision makers and key strategic personnel through personal visitation, communication to instill trust and confidence with the customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish designers’ and architects’ profiles.
Be able to prospect using multiple channels including networking, cold calling, RCC.
Provide product and sales training to clients.Develop new business opportunities with current accounts and new accounts within assigned territory
Develop long term relationships with current and new customers to become a long term preferred supplier.
Timely and regularly visit designers and architects to present Company products and project application and organize seminars to extend business opportunities.
Work with architects, designers, owners and decoration companies to write the specification of Company products to the projects。
Provide quality services to our customers and help establish a good reputation and brand image of company.
Work with Sales Director to develop and build a sales strategy to achieve sales targets with key accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelar's Degree, preferred in Engineering, Architecture related.
2+ years related working experience in construction material industry.
Designer experience preferred
Good communication skill, interpersonal relationship and learning ability.
Priciple, self-dicipline and responsible.
Adapt to flexible working time.
