职位描述：
研发副总

岗位职责：
1、负责组织拟定公司的研发工作计划和预算，并组织实施。
2、领导贯彻执行公司的研发相关管理制度。
3、领导开展公司的产品研发工作。
4、组织解决重大的技术问题及相关的技术指导工作。
5、开展公司研发相关的技术推广工作。
6、培养研发团队后备队伍，完善研发团队内部人才梯队建设。
7、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、化学或材料化学博士学历。
2、博士毕业后，有3年以上环保技术研发及材料研究工作经验。
3、熟悉研发管理流程，接受过研发管理知识培训、环保行业相关新知识新技术培训、企业管理知识培训。
4、具备较强的领导能力、组织管理能力、行业技术发展趋势把握能力、宏观分析判断决策能力。 举报 分享
