职位描述：
SUMMARY
This position is responsible for all aspects of organizational development in China including the implementation of key processes related to performance management, talent review and career development, leadership development, rewarding, employee culture engagement, and organizational development strategies across WuXi AppTec. This position involves thoroughly understanding business needs and priorities and translating these into an executable organizational development strategies at the corporate level by developing deep partnership with both businesses and HR organization. It also involves managing and supporting a series of company-wide strategic initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Embed a high performance culture in the company across all levels, advising management team on the best performance management practice, manage the annual performance appraisal process to ensure strict alignment with company’s strategies.
2. Design and implement integrated talent management solutions such as selection, assimilation, talent assessment, coaching, individual development planning.
3. Lead and drive change initiatives such as Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Learning & Development, Culture fit and Organizational Development.
4. Design and implement Organization Development initiatives to enhance organization effectiveness and capabilities.
5. Formulate and implement leadership development strategies that provide with a competitive advantage to attract, grow and retain key talents. Identifying learning and development needs and design, plan and roll out leadership development programmes to address the needs identified.
6. Creation, implementation, and ownership of employee engagement and retention initiatives and other cultural change programmes.
7. Advising on the company’s compensation and reward strategies to support a pay-for-performance philosophy.
8. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational Behavior, Organizational Psychology, or Learning and Development. Master degree of any above disciplines is highly desirable.
2. 5 years above solid relevant experience with MNCs as either HRBP or OD function professional. Experience in Pharma industry is a plus.
3. Strong business acumen as a business partner with proven experience working with senior management in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment is essential
4. Excellent skills in project management and delivery at corporate level with successful track record of programs implementation in China.
5. Strong technical skills in talent assessment and development using tools such as psychometric tests, assessment centre etc.
6. Excellent written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
7. Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
