The HR Ops Specialist will manage the contact center queue for incoming cases and emails and redirect them to the correct delivery channel. This role will report into the HR Contact Center Leader.
The agent will perform tasks requiring comprehensive working knowledge of products and services as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage the HR CC queue in the CRM system to reassign emails to proper teams.
? Response to customer's email/phone for HR related easy questions.
? Participate in HOS activities and implement daily work per HOS standards.
? Detect and communicate required enhancements or updates of internal documentation to the Contact Center Analyst.
? Participate in HRS projects & trainings.
? Contribute with the team’s goals & keep our metrics healthy to ensure full customer satisfaction. 举报 分享
