1. Job :
- Work with Payroll staff to manage China payroll to ensure accuracy and on time (including severance payout)
- Report generation (finance, HR, recharge, severance or Business related etc)
- Manage payroll outsource company for quality service
- Manage documentation like offer, employment contract, status change, promotion, demotion, termination, mutual agreement, separation once received confirmed details
- Manage concur and e portal input for new comer, status change,
- Work with Reward & CHRIS team in budget preparation, annual salary revision and performance appraisal
- Provide necessary information to Reward team for CHRIS set up and cross check for data integrity
2. Requirement
- At least 8 years and 1000+ employees payroll work experience in multinational company
- Familiar with China Labour Law
- Hands on, Detailed oriented, logical, team player, analytical
- Experience in dealing with labour dispute cases preferable
