职位描述：
This position has 2 roles:
1. Supplier Quality Engineer:
- Drive Supplier management including new supplier qualification, supplier evaluation ,improvement and phase out, follow up the new component and mould qualification (TP, metal and PCBA)
- Manage supplier material related issues, drive the problem solving through cross functional coordination and follow up supplier actions.
- Manage supplier visit, audit, regular management meeting etc
- Manage supplier relevant changes
- Partially work with quality team for customer return analysis
2. Process Quality Engineer:
- the Process quality of UPS assembly and testing and Packing to be sure the compliance of process
- Lead the QRQC meeting to solove quality problem working with supplier, production and tenchincal deparment
- To lead the PCBA experitise both in factory and supplier

Education & Background Required:
- Major in Electrical with bachelor degree
- Has more than 10 years work experience in PCBA manufacturing quality control. Have knowlage of EMS componets and Proces quality
- Have work experience for UPS or related product
Skills requirements:
- Be able to do Expertise of PCBA for trouble shooting
- Be able to do qualification audit independly
- Fluent oral and written English (work with foregin team) and good communication skill
- Good knowledge in ISO 9001 and quality tool application (SPC, FMEA, MSA,8D etc)
- Good logical thinking and problem solving skill
        - Result oriented, ability to execute and deliver result
