职责描述Responsibilities include:
1. 响应区域销售经理提出的问题;
respond to requests from regional sales managers;
? 与区域销售经理通过电话,电子邮件和CRM等工具进行沟通;
Communication updates with Area Sale Managers via; phone, e-mail & CRM tools.
2. 为客户提供技术支持,主要是物料输送部门和自动化部门的产品技术问题以及应用解决方案;
Independent reps and customers regarding technical information concerning our Material Handling and Automation products, applications and solutions;
3. 提供客户服务;
Supply Customer Service;
技术支持包括以下几点:Sales support to include the following:
? 在测试中心对于客户的产品以及应用进行测试模拟;
Conduct laboratory trials to simulate applications with customer’s products.
? 根据我们的标准产品以及一些非标解决方案为客户提供具体方案及图纸;
Prepare detailed proposal and system drawing for our standard products and customized solutions.
? 对我们的销售,客户以及渠道,根据需求组织各种形式的培训;
Participate in training presentations for all sales, channels and customers via; in-house, hands-on, digital or web-based tools.
? 了解我们市场上的竞争商,做SWOT分析;
Compile Competitive analysis and identify SWOT.
? 定期整理一些重要系统方案以及Solidedge系统图纸供销售使用;
Regularly create some key system solutions and Solidedge system drawings for the use of sales;
? 展会搭建布展,以及展会期间对客户的技术解答;
Trade show support and participation when required.
? 需要时提供客户现场的技术服务以及设备的安装调试;
Field assistance and startup service when required.
客户服务包括以下几点:Customer service to include the following:
? 回答客户关于实验室测试、故障排除、流程解决方案和培训方面的问题:
Respond to customer questions concerning lab trials, trouble shooting, process solutions and training.
? 紧急情况下通过电话邮件等处理系统故障和安装问题;
Trouble-shoot systems and installations via phone, Skype & e-mail with urgency.
? 对于我们的产品以及系统附件,为客户整理文件;
Develop file package on all products within our product line and accessories.
? 提供系统设计协助,做一些系统集成以及相关配套产品的推荐来增加客户的满意和销售产出;
Provide system design assistance, integration and product recommendations to increase customer’s profitability and productivity.
职位要求:This position requires:
1. 机械工程或相关学科本科学历要求,2 - 3年技术/客户支持经验。
BA/BS Engineering/Technical Discipline and/or 2-3 years technical/customer support experience.
2. 头脑灵活且对于学习产品的技术应用感兴趣;
Flexibility and an interest in learning technical product applications.
3. 精通电脑办公软件;
PC proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
4. 精通SolidWorks/Solidedge电脑绘图;
SolidWorks/Solid Edge desired.
5. 良好的英语听说能力;
Good of English listening and speaking skills;
6. 具备通过故障分析和诊断来解决问题的经验;
Experience in problem solving through analytical troubleshooting.
7. 具备项目执行经验者优先考虑;
Experience in project implementation is preferred.
8. 具备在客户服务中提供解决方案经验者优先考虑;
Experience providing solutions in a customer service environment preferred.
