Job Responsibilities:
1) The Strategic Business Advisor:
- Research and identify customer and business needs;
- Translate the customer strategy, main challenges and future needs into a long term strategic account plan;
- Translate strategic plan into regional action plans.
2) The Business Manager:
- Work with sales team for budget; sales volume, revenue and business growth;
- Responsible to develop mutually agreed KPI’s in a Balance Score Card;
- Responsible for developing and executing innovative global solutions in collaboration with other departments such as marketing and operations.
3) The Relationship Architect:
- The ambassador to the customer;
- Build, develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders;
- Establish and monitor strategic and tactical alignment amongst senior level stakeholders of different functions.
4) The Team Leader:
- Support and functionally lead multifunctional customer account team;
- Lead and coordinate by influence all different functions involved in the relationship;
- Communicate strategy and direction effectively internal and in customer organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 10 years’ experience in sales & account management related subject
- Proven track record in account management, able to provide reference successful stories
- Strong team/event organization capabilities
- TIC knowledge
- Good communicator/ good listener
- Marketing communication sense
- Proficient in speaking & written English
- Strong integrity, strong sense of responsibility, result driven
- Can work within given deadline and under stress
