职位需求摘要：
1. ***，内衣/塑身衣/女装门店3-5年相关经验（内衣优先）
2. 需要负责产品在古今门店的销售推广工作，执行集团推广方针，收集一线客户反馈，与古今门店保持良好关系
3. 英文无要求，能简单沟通更佳
4. 薪水：月薪税前6-10k*13个月+年终奖金+其他公司福利（根据工作年限+面试表现综合）
5. 出差：最高30% （70%古今门店设立在上海）

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Ownership of Product presence and performance in selected GUJIN stores (or else)
? Proposing and executing (after approval) all necessary on-the-ground activities for each and every single store under supervision achieve its Product sales targets
? Assisting in developing and executing the marketing plan in the market, especially in relation with merchandising aspects
? At point-of-sales, ensuring product display, store imagery and brand promotion are implemented according to company standard and guidelines
? Responsible for GUJIN (and else) new store opening plan development and implementation, product display and GUJIN personnel training
? Provide guidance to GUJIN (and else) sales personnel regarding product knowledge, and sales techniques;
? Supervising and inspecting product sales, management and co-ordination based on inventory level
? Providing proper promotion suggestions based on GUJIN and market dynamics
? Responsible for compliantly collecting trend, sales data and competitor information in the market


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
? 3-5 years of selling experience in the apparel industry with 2-3 year of supervising experience in textile, apparel or FMCG industry.
? Experience in selling, merchandising and training in the women’s apparel industry preferably (already exposed and trained in store management, collection management, data collection, product display, etc.).
? Good communication skills. Easy to cope with, and able to travel in the area defined
? Good knowledge of compliance, with experience working in a reputable organization and made aware and vigilant about compliance matters
? Experience in a lingerie department/unit – for a brand, a retailer, a department store within a larger multi-brands/categories store, etc.
? Decent level of English a clear plus
