职位描述：
Assist Asia Regional Sourcing leader for the whole SP sourcing activities in Asia, including the sourcing target, VE/HLRR projects, delivery, payment issues.
Support to communicate global strategy to local and coordinate local needs to global to maximize Supply Base Synergies for Asia
Issue Request of Price Quotations to Suppliers and Analyze Costs, maintain and update price in SAP system.
Manage the Supplier Rationalization Plan under strategy and own the VE/HLRR implementation for supplier homologation from identifying new supplier to customer approval in Asia
Seek out and Create Sourcing Plans which result in MATEX opportunities for the Company
Prepare P.O. for samples, and responsible for tooling asset management
Manage technical change and MATEX project implementation Own supplier on time delivery (OTTR).
Support Monthly Matex report updating, maintaining, reporting for SP in Asia with the alignment with Commodity
Hardware AB in Asia from RFQ, price analysis, negotiation, coordinating with platform, SQD, should cost team till presentation preparation, E4E project
Resolve all Supplier issues related to QCDDM when called by Plant Operations for support
Resolve all Supplier Quality issues and “chronic” delivery issues when called by Site Quality or supply chain
Checking price of payment for suppliers and resolve related issues with Finance
Support Commodity on contract implementation for SP in Asia, filing and managing commercial documents for SP
Standardization work of supplier globally, such as: V/C, resource process.
Support NPI buyers in selection of supplier for NPI projects and sourcing schedule under Global commodity strategy
Participate in Supplier Technical Reviews with NPI Buyers and SQD on new project launches
Monitor & Report monthly Supplier Performance metrics for QCDDM with highlights to Management
Meet with Suppliers to review Performance. Take actions as necessary to meet Company Objectives
Support SCM for supplier’s capacity status and delivery issues

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or Engineering
Very fluent in English, comprehensive communication in Japanese in listening, speaking and writing a plus
Previous 2~3 years Purchasing, Supply Chain Analyst, Manufacturing Experience with Foreign Company beneficial
Experience with automotive, turbo charging components a plus
Experience with metals, fastener, rubber, sealing, high temperature resistant stamped parts industry is preferred
Experience working with suppliers worldwide
Certification in Quality or Procurement skills are helpful
Well-developed commercial / negotiation skill set
Strong analytical ability - well capable for Excel, Word, etc. office software tools
Highly effective working independently under pressure and within matrixed organization
