职位描述：
岗位职能职责：
1. 技术员团队建设，人员管理及技能提升；
2. 年度预算编制及费用控制；
3. 制定公用设施系统程序性文件(日常点检、TPM、异常处理、培训等)，管理团队达到工厂不间断能源供应并给员工提供舒适的办公及生产环境；
4. 分析系统潜在风险，并提出相应的预防控制措施；
5. 分析系统运行参数，提出系统优化/改造方案，持续改进;
6. 节能运行及节能项目改造，达到公司设定的CO2减排目标；
7. 根据生产扩充计划，制定相关系统扩充或改造计划，满足生产的能源需求；
8. 配合新建项目的各项工作（前期资料准备、公用设施系统设计、协助项目施工、调试验收等）；
9. 特种设备管理（锅炉、压力容器、电梯）；
10. 考勤、安防设施运行，维护及系统优化；
11. 消防设施运行管理；

工作相关资格要求(建议要求）：
1. 机电、暖通、给排水、自控专业本科及以上学历（机电、暖通、给排水、自控专业本科及以上学历）
2. 5年以上大型工厂运行及维护经验； 2年以上管理岗位；（汽车行业设备管理工作经验优先；）
4. CET-4及以上；英语听、说、读写熟练；（CET-4及以上；英语听、说、读写熟练；）


Roles and Responsibilities:
- Technician team building and management, enhance the technical competence and problem solving skills;
- Budget planning and cost control
- Build up the procedure documents for the facility system (Daily operation, TPM, emergency problem solving, training, etc., ) to achieve the 7*24 energy supply for the production area, also to provide the suitable environment for office and predation area;
- System risk analysis and control;
- Analysis the operation data, carry out optimized or upgraded project;
- Continually energy saving to achieve the CO2 reduce target;
- According the new production plan, extent ion or upgrade the existing facility system to meet the requirement of
- Fulfill the task of the new building or upgrade project( Documents preparing, Facility system capacity calculation and system design, Cooperate the construction\ system debugging\handover , etc.,)
- Special equipment management to meet the legal requirement of the government;
CCTV, ACS system operation and maintenance ; system upgrade;
- Fire protection system daily operation management;

Work related requirements (Desirable):
- Bachelor degree or above, major in electro mechanics, HVAC, Plumbing, automatic control.
    (Bachelor degree or above, major in electro mechanics, HVAC, water supply and drainage, automatic control.)
- More than five years facility operation and maintenance working experience in large factories.More than two years management experience.
    (Facility Management experience in the field of automobile is preferred.)
- CET-4 or above, be fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
