Key Responsibilities:
1. Support for Greater China – 4 remote locations, plus factory and office in Taicang
2. Approximate 40 remote users and 80 internal users
3. Available for out of hours contact and call out.
4. Mobile device and Cisco phone system
5. Desktop standards – Windows 7/10 Pro, Lotus Notes, and MS Office
6. Server standards – Windows 2008/2012, Citrix virtualization , Domino Server
7. Provide first level support including phone, computer, email etc. to all users in Taicang factory and other distributions in China
8. Knowledge and experience on windows 7/10 OS, as well as windows server 2008/2012
9. Knowledge and experience on WAN/LAN management
10. Manage Desktop Devices (hardware, software and connectivity) incidents through to resolution.
11. Manage hard and soft break fix services for laptops and desktops.
12. Support, Manage, Optimize and Maintain the configuration and installation of the Laptop and Desktop, to include, but not limited to, patch updates, hardware replacements, with spares provided by vendor.
13. Ensure that each Laptop/Desktop Device is installed with the appropriate image
14. Should have good expertise on IBM Lotus, MS office and Outlook.
15. Preferable to have a good understanding of Cisco VPN, and mobile device support.
16. Preferable to have a good understanding of Cisco phone system
17. Analyze Service Desk calls for Desktop Devices and incident data to identify and advice Customer of any potential user training requirement and automation.
18. Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all Laptop and Desktop Devices and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance with security requirements

Experiences:
1. Previous experience of desk site support in an IT Department
2. Strong desktop experience
3. Able to work independently and proactively to achieve established objectives with minimal supervision.
4. Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in the mid or large IT environment
5. Be familiar with MS product, MS server 2008/2012, MS office etc
6. Ability to speak and write in English
