Job Summary:
1.Lead Regional Payroll & Benefits services delivery in line with AP HR Operational Services Delivery Model with high quality, efficiency and compliance mgmt.
2.Drive related processes/systems/policy standardization, integration and optimization based on the business needs, responsible for in-scope service quality continuous improvement as per committed KPI.
3.Ensure compliance alignment and improvement for key relevant processes.
4.Drive customer value strategy deployment within team.
5.Build and upgrade Payroll & Benefits Org. and talent capability development and growth, with strong foundation of employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
?Lead Payroll & Benefits Services Delivery Model Deployment in the Region
?Participate in AP regional HR Services strategy development and responsible for strategy deployment in Payroll & Benefits Admin services team, and ensure the timely implementation with high quality and efficiency.
?Gain and maintain the commitment to biz via responsible service delivery.
?Standardize & optimize in-scope HR processes, enhance related system processing capability upon policy integration to enable payroll & benefits services delivery with higher effectiveness, efficiency, financial productivity and compliance governance.
?Lead Regional Payroll Transformation with Payroll Services Expansion to cover remained non-China countries in Asia Pacific via strong change & program management.
?Lead upstream vendor management to engage relevant partnership support on overall payroll & benefits delivery quality, issue resolution and change implementation.
?Ensure Compliance Alignment
?To be the expertise of Payroll & Benefits Compliance Governance Standard or Guideline.
?Ensure high compliance level of delivered services to fully align with both internal and external requirements.
?Drive Customer Value
?Play a critical role to deploy global customer value strategy at regional level and ensure the full implementation in responsible services areas.
?Design and implement annual CSI survey for responsible service areas, lead team to develop continuous improvement action plan and follow up for completion.
?Lead and drive operational excellence/lean culture & behavior within payroll & benefits team, with solid OEDP plan build-up & implementation.
?Team Leading:
?Build a strong competitive team based on identified core/functional competency.
?Lead performance management and coach for payroll & benefits team members, ensure the proper training and tools availability to support on request capability build-up for high-quality result delivery
?Drive team employee engagement, talent pipeline and org. succession plan build-up
Qualifications:
?Bachelor degree, HR, Finance and Accounting, Business Mgmt with 5-10 years of experience in payroll & other HR lead role.
?Pro-active work attitude and effective people leading capability/experience, able to set up and manage a customer focus/oriented HR services organization.
?Pay attention to details and accountability, with high sense of confidentiality.
?Familiar with China Labor Law, tax law, social security regulations and policies and related operation procedures.
?Strong leadership capability/potential – strategic thinking/act, biz acumen, project management, lean mindset/capability, talent & org. capability development, performance coaching, problem solving, influencing communication, etc.
