职位描述：
？Follow-up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

？Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements

？Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production

？Participate in price negotiation and liaison with vendors or suppliers

？Responsible for working with our quality control and product development department to ensure that all products manufactured meet the quality expected, the budgeted cost and the expected shipment time.

Requirements:
？Experience with merchandising and product development required.

？Must have 5+ years’ experience with home textiles, strong experience in jacquard bedding is a plus.（一定要有家纺经验）

？Able to lead a team of 4-6 merchandisers and work very independently for sourcing, product development, production and OTD.

？Must have excellent communication/follow up skills, management skills, organizational and administrative skills.
必须有良好的沟通/跟踪能力、管理能力、组织管理能力
？Working experience in top 10 home textiles company is a plus.

？Candidates must be willing to take ownership of their work and be a problem solver.

？Will act as liaison between US headquarters and Chinese factories.

？Must be business savvy and able to negotiate.

？They will oversee sample development from start to finish and ensure that delivery schedules are met.
