Responsibilities
1) Brand Marketing.
To be a strong brand advocate for the portfolio of Busy Bees brands and focus on optimising a holistic customer brand experience and maintaining the highest standards of brand communications at all levels.
? Develop and implement the brand identity and guidelines, and ensure these are adhered to throughout the organisation in all communication efforts
? Brand marketing activities, above and below-the-line execution, interactive, social and online engagement
? Lead generation, visits and enrolment metrics
? A keen view on financial metrics and analysis of business health
? To prepare monthly management reports and tracking, provide marketing plans and recommendations to the business teams
? Development and implementation of individual brand strategies in consultation with key stakeholders
? Execution of all agreed brand strategies and marketing activities within budget
? Achievement of the leads targets for each brand, together with the brand team
? Management of key third party agency relationships
? Establish and nurture good working relationships with the business teams and key stakeholders
2) Centre Support
? To initiate, update and plan merchandising at centres
? Displays, brochures, layout, outdoor signages, other collaterals that improve the experience for customers
? Event support and management
? Act as a go-to resource for communications advice to centre staff
3) Media/ PR
? Defining and handling optimised media plan in line with the defined strategy from the CEO
? Maximise brand awareness and support a sustainable brand positioning in China for the respective brand(s)
? Crisis management when needed
? Work closely with the appointed Agency to develop and maintain strong relationship with key media titles while executing a concerted PR plan in view of objectives
4) Team Management
? Manage and develop reporting managers/executives.
? Motivate, guide and impart knowledge
? Plan and be responsible for the welfare of the team
? Inspire and lead by example
? Manager and coach of the brand management team
5) Customer Service
? Develop and create Customer Service strategies with the Team Manager on how to improve call quality and customer experience
? Monitor call metrics and analyse call data for Customer relationship management
6) Internal / Corporate Marketing
? Support other functions’ communication objectives and efforts
? Devise engagement plans aimed at achieving functional strategies as necessary
? Be the ‘go-to’ resource for the business as a trusted advisor on marketing and brand issues within the company
Success Metrics/Measures
? Successful planning and implementation of agreed marketing strategies and tactics within agreed budgets
? Achievement of overall leads targets; contribution to leads management process and tracking
? Brand health and business growth through successful implementation of integrated marketing efforts and consistency of brand advocacy efforts
? Build customer satisfaction internally with business owners, and externally with other key partners
? People development – within the marketing team and other relevant individuals within the natural working relationships
Candidate Profile
? University Graduate with 5 years and above of related professional experience steeped in brand marketing and/or business development. Master qualifications preferred. Working experience in the education field is preferred.
? Highly proficient in the English and Chinese language
? Highly organised, good interpersonal skills, proactive and energetic
? Self-motivated and positive
? Highly creative, dynamic individual
? Ability to straddle between the strategic and operational demands of the role (i.e. must be willing and able to define and articulate strategy and also be very hands-on when needed)
? Strong leader with excellent overall communication skills
? Good planning and campaign management skills
? Keen on the rapid expansion of responsibilities and interest in broad participation in business over time
