职位描述：
岗位职责：

- Under supervision, to ensure optimum operation and performance of all the facilities-related mechanical(HVAC, Fan, Lift), electrical (Power Distribution, transformer, generator, UPS) and building system and equipment in a safe and efficient manner

1.确保所有相关设备的***运行和性能（包括空调、风机、电梯）、电力（配电、变压器、发电机、电气）和建筑系统及设备的安全和高效

- Under supervision, to perform planned preventive maintenance services, and the installation, troubleshooting, and repairs of all related facility systems and equipments in a safe and efficient manner

2进行有计划的预防性维修服务，并在安全、高效的方式中安装、故障排除和维修相关设备系统及设备

-- To respond to and perform service request and troubleshoot as and when required

3响应和执行服务请求和故障排除

-- To supervise and cooperate with vendors for installations and upgrading of facilities equipments

4监督和配合供应商的设施和设施设备的升级

- To respond to and perform minor repair works as and when required

5应对和进行轻微的维修工作

- To comply with all company policies, procedures and standards.

6遵守公司的所有政策、程序和标准。

任职要求：

?高中以上学历

- Minimum one years of related working experience

?至少一年相关工作经验

- Must hold related operations certifications/working permit ( 电工证书)

必须持有电工证书

- Pleasant disposition and general clean habits

?性格开朗，清洁卫生

- Good communication skill and service mindset.

?良好的沟通能力和服务意识。

- Team spirit and ownership
