Main responsibilities
- Lead, train, coach, and develop the Customer Service Center team
- Monitor the overall performance of staff to ensure compliance with policies, practices and approved customer service processes ensuring a quick and efficient solution for customers’ problems, concerns and complaints
- Be responsible for maintaining healthy relationships with internal related departments and external customers
- Act as solution owner to support product management team and R&D team to select and define new product. Responsible for solution efficiency and cost effectiveness from technical point of views.
- Establish and maintain technical documents including but not limited to lightning protection system design, product and solution presentation on customer side, and technical flyers etc. in cooperation with product management and sales team
- Responsible for the technical contents of marketing material used in exhibition and be the technical representative on DCN tooth in need
- Support product management team for new product launch activities
- Support sales team for holding technical seminars in important customers
- Improve our customer services to create value selling
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering(lightning protection, surge protection preferred), or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in lightning protection or related fields
- A 100% customer oriented mind-set and a good understanding of sales, marketing and business
- Experience in technical support, customer service, or R&D in related fields is preferred
- Experience in lightning protection engineering project is preferred
- Experience in design of lightning and surge protection system is benefit
- Experience in product launch is preferred
- Good at MS Office software

- Open-minded, faster learning ability, proactive, self-confidence, excellent communication & customer services skills
- Basic sales and commercial understanding;
- Excellent customer service sense
- Team working sprit
- Similar software background is preferred
