职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.根据董事会和董事长提出的战略目标，制定公司营销战略，提出公司的业务规划、经营方针和经营形式，经董事会和董事长确定后组织实施.
2.主持医疗器械事业部的基本团队建设、规范内部管理， 拟订公司内部管理机构设置方案和基本管理制度;
3.审定公司具体规章、奖罚条例，审定公司工资奖金分配方案，审定经济责任挂钩办法并组织实施;
4.主持事业部的全面经营管理工作，组织实施董事会决议，向董事会或集团公司提出企业的更新改造发展规划方案、预算外开支计划;
5、控制团队内各项目的成本及利润；
6、负责与各支持部门配合，协调、跟进进度并跟踪和反馈效果；
任职资格：
1.多年大型医疗器械行业营销管理经验，5年以上大区以上综合团队管理经验；本科以上学历
2.在团队管理方面有极强的领导技巧和才能；
3.善于制定企业发展的战略及具备把握企业发展全局的能力；
