· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
· 3+ years relevant field support experience
· Good knowledge and troubleshooting skills in Windows 7/10
· Experience with Active Directory
· Experience with Lotus Notes
· Experience with Microsoft Office 2010/2016
· Excellent English skill in speaking and writing
· Knowledge of network, security/firewall and server etc. [Infra]
· Able to use own initiative, prioritize and work independently
· Ability to master new technology quickly and to work in a constantly changing environment
· Strong communication skills
· Prefer ITIL skill
