Purpose of the Position 职位目标 :
Supporting the Marketing Manager in the Campaign and Event strategy definition, aligned with the wider Acquisition Strategy. In charge of the implementation, execution and monitoring of this strategy, analyzing the internal KPIs and best practices of the digital market. Ensuring a profitable growth of the Company optimizing the acquisition cost per customer.

Marketing Manager 市场经理
Major duties 主要职责:
1. Create different Campaigns depending on the Customer Segmentation, implement the Strategy and reach the business targets defined by the Marketing Manager and the Business Director,
根据客户分群策略制定不同的活动方案并执行,达到市场经理和业务总监制定的业务目标;
2. Define, prepare and organize the Events of the Community with the Business team, managing relationship with partners and providers, planning the activities and supervising the event with the help of the Marketing Manager,
与业务团队一起制定、准备和组织社区活动,管理与合作方和开发方的关系,在市场经理的帮助下制定活动方案并监控活动的效果;
3. Manage the relationship with WeChat and Tmall, analyze all the trend and best practices of the competitors in these channels and suggest and implement new campaigns,
管理与微信、天猫的关系,分析该领域竞争对手的趋势和***做法,应用在新活动上;
4. Guarantee the best engagement of the members using incentives, rewards, gamification, etc. together with the Head of Community,
使用好激励手段、奖励、游戏等措施确保微信号粉丝的持续关注;
5. Participation in all the Business requirement definition for the CRM and CMS implementation
参加公司客户关系管理相关的业务需求方案制定
Qualifications 任职资格:
1. University degree, preferentially in Marketing or Business administration
大学本科,市场营销、工商管理、电子商务、传媒等相关专业优先考虑;
2. Deep understanding and expertise of digital Campaigns, especially in WeChat and Tmall environment. Minimum 2-3 years
experience managing/operating WeChat account(s)
在电子商务活动方面有较深的理解和专业积累,特别是微信和天猫方面。最低2-3年的管理/运营微信公众号方面的经验;
3. Experience in defining and executing Campaign Plan working with different channels (Media, Tencents Ads, KOLs, etc.) and
evaluate them with a quantitative approach,
在与不同渠道(社交媒体、腾讯广告等)制定和执行市场活动计划方面有相关经历,并进行量化评估,
4. Strong business development and communication skills
有较强的业务开发和沟通技巧
5. Innovation and out-of-the-box thinking; not afraid to experiment and try new things and good tolerance of failure

6.Good English skills
