Strategic Business Management Officer
Key responsibilities and challenges include:
(i) Share strong, effective business analytics and actionable insights from SBM or top management team to product team and strengthen business growth;
(ii) Engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business and provide useful information and data for business strategy set-up;
(iii) Analyze current and past, markets, business size, sales, product management, and revenues of the products. This enables him/her to provide recommendations for the company’s growth and resolution of problems;
(iv) Develop comprehensive knowledge about the business and its development practices, its marketing activities, prospective clients, and the trends for the industry. Keep yourself in the center of the industry;
(v) Develop business plan and proposals with business teams for execution and monitor business teams of the progress and consolidate regular reporting from offshore offices;
(vi) Develop innovative strategies with business teams in order to improve efficiency and leverage resources for effective business cycle ;
(vii) Synthesize and report on market developments and competitive intelligence; Be able to handle business correspondence, prepare and co-ordinate business summaries, reports and presentation materials;
(viii) Respond to queries among parties should be done in a timely fashion;
(ix) Arrange quality hospitality and visit plan for foreign partners;
(x) Establish a knowledge storehouse of clients, referrals, REPs, presentations, and prospects;
(xi) Establish standard and quality guidelines of business development tasks;
(xii) Supervise database of client relationship management and utilize the result to manage customers and the mailing lists;
(xiii) Support marketing activities;
(xiv) Carry out administrative work associated with the above tasks
Requirements:
? Analytical skills: An analytical thinker with the ability to analyze new and prospective opportunities in business.
? Educational qualification: Bachelor degree or above. Business Administration/ Science/ Medical discipline related is preferred.
? Working experience: At least 2 years of working experience in a related field or company.
? Communication Skills: Skills to interact with diverse groups of people both in writing and in speaking without getting misunderstood. Excellent in oral and written English and Mandarin, CET-6 Level.
? Networking skills: With the ability to build and maintain relationships and contacts in and outside the company.
? Project skills: Ability to man project effectively with developed goals and procedures for its implementation.
? Organizational skills: With the ability to stay put on assignments.
? Planning skills: The ability to plan for a project and follow it up to its completion.
? People skills: The ability to effectively cope with colleagues and business partners and move them towards accomplishing certain tasks and goals.
? Marketing skills: The market sense to how to pitch company’s new and available goods and services by various marketing channels.
? Good negotiation skills: The ability to dialogue with business partner and team to reach mutually beneficial outcome
? Possess problem solving skills
? Possess a good business sense
? Ability to work under pressure and still meet up with given deadlines
? Must be a notably pleasant and humble character
? Must be willing and able to pay attention to details
? Must be flexible and able multi task on the job
? Ability to constantly generate new ideas for the company’s advancement and success
