MAIN PURPOSE
Support the full spectrum of HR services in the area of C&B and HRIS within Montblanc China

Main Responsibilities

Payroll Administrative Management
？ Be in charge of the routine payroll function including about 420 headcounts in Montblanc
China;
？ Provides qualified payroll & benefits data to the vendor monthly and review the monthly
and annual payroll report. Benefits adjustment, letter generation and etc. Handle payroll
related accounting through coordinating with Finance department and
？ RCCL HR; monitor personnel and budget vs actual expenditure by proactively checking;
？ Be responsible for the change request, data verification and flawless generation of
required reports through HRIS;
？ Support HRAD for annual personnel budget, LE06-12 and coordinating with Montblanc HQ for all C&B related assignments;
？ Manage monthly payroll processing by tracking relevant salary information and calculating bonus and commission payments as necessary.
？ Support HR AD for internal and external payroll audit.

Data Analysis and Report
- Liaises with parent companies to provide HC and LC related analysis and report upon requests
- Takes in charge of all kinds of reports, and provides analysis
- Analyzes labor cost trends, and provide comments and suggestions for improvement.

Compensation and Benefits
？ Maintain record of LRP and manage the payment process;
？ Participate in selected C&B surveys, conduct analysis and consolidate important economic predictors, such as consumer price index, unemployment rate, GDP, to propose recommendation on C&B program and annual salary adjustment;
？ Support HRAD for the process of annual merit increase and bonus calculation by following relevant guidelines from HQ;
？ Provide and interpret company’s C&B policies/ procedures and programs to other HRBPs and employees;
？ Work with HRBP supporting them on decision making in regards of compensation, employee development &retention, providing the right information in timely manner
？ Delegates and TD cases management together with HRAD;
？ Statutory compliance of all local labor laws related to welfare fund / mandatory benefits;
？ Support projects related to Tax efficiency, benefits comparison and alignment and communicate with related stakeholders;
？ Coordination of employee relations activities;
？ Act as a central contact point in Montblanc HR of C&B programs
？ Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, medical insurance entitlement and awards).
？ Monitor payroll administration and make all necessary co-ordination (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, TEP, special payments).
？ Work closely with RCCL HR Central Office on annual IIT declaration campaign, and providing support (Q&A) to office employees
？ Process alignment with RCCL HR central team for relocation of job responsibilities.

Compliance
？ Ensure Review and Update employment contract;
？ Ensure all payroll process aligned with compliance & HR SOP requirement;
？ Monitor compliance & HR SOP fully carry on in terms of payroll, C&B and staff working hours

Other admin
？ Prepare office staff working certificate;
？ Office staff P-file maintenance;
？ Legal document/compensation preparation for BTQ closure or contract expiry;
？ Prepare legal document for staff promotion/transfer/salary adjustment. 举报 分享
