职位描述：
职位性质/目的
1) 保证工厂设备处于正常完好状态，确保生产顺利进行；
2) 对设备进行改造、改进、使设备运转处于经济，高效状态；
3) 在保证设备性能满足使用要求之前提下，降低备件成本及保养、维护费用；
4) 确保设备备件之合理库存，保证生产正常及降低资金占用；
5) 贯彻执行ISO文件及程序；
6) 负责生产设备的应急修理工作，根据情况提出改进计划及实施；
7) 负责生产设备的预防性和预测性维护工作，调整预防性维护计划，保证设备高效运转。
素质要求
1） 中专、技校或高中以上相关学历，持有有效电工证，有良好的电气方面专业技术知识。
2） 五年以上工厂实际维修工作经验
3） 有较强的独立解决，处理设备故障的能力。能找到彻底解决问题的方法。
4） 良好的MS常见办公软件操作技能
5） 有责任心，具有良好的沟通能力和抗压能力 举报 分享
