职位描述：

Responsibility:

-General applications support including emial,telephone support and on site support for customers in regards to hardware, software on Rubotherm Products in Asia.

-Conduct regional/local and onsite seminars in Asia

-Prepares training courses and conducts customer/sales education program e.g. Training School for Asia.

-Work with local sales team to provide presales customer support to potential customers e.g. conduct product demonstration.

-Evaluate customer sample, develop test methods and conduct analysis for customer. prepare reports and presentations based on customer sample analysis to support the sales process. Supervise lab technician.

Requirements:

-At least a degree in Chemistry engineering or Material Science.

-3 years Experience in analytical instruments especially TGA, Rubotherm produsct operate

-Need position in Shanghai.
