职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Work in customer’s site at Shenzhen for daily communication with customer and customer service team / operation team in Hong Kong;day-to-day frontine interactions with customers.
1.Handle general shipment enquiries and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
2.Truck booking and pick up arrangement
3.Development a good relationship with customer in providing immediate feedback
4.Prepare shipment details and check the shipment document
5.Prepare for customer required reports
6.On shifts rotation (morning & evening) with back up

Qualifications:
1.Secondary school graduated or above
2.Relevant working experience is preferable
3.Good Computer skill
4.Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, good English
