JOB SUMMARY:
Plans, directs, and coordinates the budgeting, workers welfare audit, information technology, labour insurance, and human resources activities for the company.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related area or equivalent work experience preferred. A minimum of 5 years of related professional experience in the areas of Administrative & HR. Must be bicultural/bilingual (Chinese & English). Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Travel is required (Domestic and/or International).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Process & Procedures:
Evaluates and recommends improvements to the administrative system internal controls.
Participates in and coordinates the formulation of China Company policy and procedures. Makes recommendations and offers guidelines that support objectives and improve performance.
Supports relationships with industry and representatives of government. Engages in other outside activities consistent with the company's responsibilities in the community.
Risk Management
Develop plans to meet unexpected situations, new developments and changes in the business environment; evaluates and recommends alternatives to existing procedures; prepares for emergencies; anticipates events, understands the factors and conditions affecting the organization and responds appropriately when these change.
Manages all people casualty insurance programs. Sets appropriate limits and coverage, insurance renewals for competitive bidding, investigates, negotiates, and manages labour insurance claims.
Directs the implementation of all the information systems requirements and programs for all China locations.
Human Resources
Directs the administration of human resources plans, programs and procedures for all employees; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. Directs all compliance activities.
Directs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payroll, and communicating benefit information to employees.
Directs the implementation of headcount planning and employee development programs to ensure that trained, capable employees are available to perform the required work.
Maintaining and updating employees’ files
Response for the company resignation procedure.
Response for the full-time and part-time (seasonal) farm workers issues
Response for employees’ working attendance
Response for employees’ termination
Probation ending reminding and evaluation implement
Reminding and prepare for renewing Employment Contract and/or related documents
Assist to arrange employee recruitment
Coordinate Contract Employees’ benefits (Social Insurance, House Fund etc.)
Coordinate Commercial Insurance for both Contract and non-Contract employees
Implement Employee Handbook and Code of Business Conduct. Keep collecting and reporting the feedback from practice.
Assist Expats on their work permit, resident Visa, housing, transportation, etc.
Coordinate implement Company Policies (T&E policy, Reimbursement police, etc.). Keep collecting and reporting the feedback from practice.
Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
Admin.
Office Decoration
Office daily management
Assist Employees’ traveling schedule: flight tickets booking, transportation arrangement, hotel reservation and etc.
Company events organizing
Company Licenses and Certificates’ annual inspection
