RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Manage daily admin work of AV Shanghai office, ensure healthy office running.
2.In charge of office admin related work, ensure office daily smooth running.
3.Office provisions monitoring and ordering, e.g. printing paper, water, stationary, make sure supply sufficiency.
4.Office daily expenses budget application, related bill check and payment preparation.
5.Visitor reception, answering and transfer of in-coming calls, pouches or mails receiving and dispatch, cooperation with other at hoc tasks.
6.Business travel arrangement for Shanghai back office staff, such as hotel and air ticket booking.
7.Meeting room booking, building and office entry card logging and supervision.
8.Related contractor management e.g. tea lady, ensure his/her performance to meet with company requirement.
9.Office admin related vendor management and evaluation.
10.Keep good communication with building management office, ensure no interruption on business due to lack of cooperation.
11.Shanghai contract hotel sourcing and contract arrangement and renewal.
12.Completion of other ad-hoc assignments in an efficient and effective manner, e.g.:logistics arrangement for employee activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Above 2 years’ admin related working experience in multinational company, Good interpersonal skill, diligent and willing to work under pressure,working independently and proactively, self motivated.
2.Education Background:College or above.
3.Language Skill:Good communications skill with high proficiency in both written and oral English.
4.Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
