? To achieve KPI of production by process optimization, quality incident trouble shooting and efficiency improving
? 通过工艺优化、问题分析跟踪以及效率提高来达成各项生产指标
Main Tasks
? Responsible for process management. Optimize the process parameters and working procedure to ensure the product quality.
? 生产工艺管理，对生产工艺的执行情况以及过程参数/标准作业指示的优化，确保产品质量。
? To maintain and update the Product version and master recipe of product. Assist to investigate and analyze the production cost to assure accuracy in SAP.
? 维护 /更新产品的生产版本及标准配方，协助财务成本控制人员调查和分析成本差异；确保SAP系统中产品制造成本的准确核算。
? Follow new product APQP procedure and online product (new/important) follow/feedback
? 新产品APQP流程的有效执行及现场试生产/重点产品跟踪、反馈
? Kick off MOC procedure and follow
? 生产部MOC流程的启动及跟踪
? Maintain all the P&ID in production field
? 生产部P&ID流程图的有效维护
? Daily process discipline audit and corrective action follow
? 执行生产现场工艺纪律日常检查及纠正措施的跟踪
? Use the AE tool to monitor the facility utilization ratein production, afford the improving actions accordingly
? 维护和监控生产设施产能利用，定期分析设施产能利用情况并提出优化方案
? Maintain and update the list of fixed assets in Operation
? 维护和更新生产运营部固定资产清单
? To investigate the root cause of customer complaints/internal process quality and prepare the quality corrective report and track the implementation of corrective measures.
? 参与调查客户端的质量投诉或内部质量问题，包括编写质量问题报告，落实跟踪整改措施。
? Track the progress of rework to keep rework timely.
? 跟踪汇总返工产品进度，确保返工产品按照要求进行及时返工。
? To track the production progress daily in order to increase the productivity or improve the quality by finding and correcting problems in time..
? 统计生产过程中的生产工序进度情况，发现问题并加以改进，提高生产效率和产出率。

MinimumEducationand Qualification Required forthePosition
? Education: Bachelor degree or above
? WorkingExperience:At least three years working experience in related field, with coating production experience is preferred
