职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
● To follow up Tarkett existence production process and optimize process by amelioration, analysis and problems solving using problem solving tools and project management tools.
遵照并执行得嘉现有的生产流程和工艺，并能使用一些分析工具来分析和解决生产中所发生的问题，且据此来提高和优化生产流程
● As a process engineer at the initial stage help to run projects or subprojects according to Project Management and to be responsible for keeping
agreed budget, time schedule and Specification/documentation.
作为项目部一员，在项目阶段能按照计划、质量和预算的要求，协助项目经理完成项目建设
● follow up implementation of new equipment’s from a process point of view
从项目需求出发，执行并跟踪新设备的选择，采购，安装和调试
● New processes or process modification developments from first trials up to production standards definition & New product developments from first trials up to production standards definition
新产品、新工艺在新设备上的的试生产，以及相关调试、试车、试生产后的改进
● Lead the raw material homologation: production trials – reports- validation
按照得嘉标准进行原材料的筛选和试样，以及相关的测试和评估报告
● Statistical Process Control analysis and set up database for production
建立新生产线的工艺参数数据
● Lead all production trials
参与和领导所有新产品的试车
● Training the other operators
负责员工的培训工作
● Apply and introduce Tarkett production process in the new HO line and follow up
负责得嘉HO产线的工艺流程的导入和运行、跟踪
● To be aware of technological developments nationally and internationally.
参与集团及公司新工艺的研发和改进
● Follow up of quality EWO’s ( Emergency work orders , meaning actions for quality problems solving )
EWO生产的执行和跟踪
● Analyze of claims and corrective actions proposal and implementations.
分析客户投诉，提供解决方案并实施
● Take part to continuous improvement program.
参与生产工艺的持续改进项目
● To perform safety and environmental analysis according to applicable EU directives and harmonized standards when changes are made on existing process or when new process applied
参与集团EHS的执行和跟踪，以及改进

Qualifications:
-University/College education background, technical direction
-Excellent process knowledge and statistical process control knowledge
-Good at problem solving tools and project management
-Excellent work organization to be able to reach the objectives in term of quality, quantity and timeline
-Good computer skills
-Careful, honest, dedicated, down to earth, willing to learning, team spirit
-3 – 5 year experience in process/production industry
-Multinational company experience preferred
