China Sourcing Manager（欧美独资公司，行业内领先地位，负责整个China，管理自己的团队）

Location: Changzhou 常州

Report to: China GM

Responsibilities

？ Manage the overall China sourcing functions and build a solid sourcing team

？ Develop sourcing strategies for addressed product categories;

？ Plan and execute strategic sourcing projects

？ Lead, participate and oversee sourcing activities

？ Coordinate with Group Engineering on QA issues

？ Build up a local QA team for ramping up new suppliers

？ Handle claims, deal directly with suppliers and suggest improvements for processes

？ Ensure effective communication with internal and external platforms

？ Serves as contact person for customer process audits

Requirements:

？ Bachelor’s degree or above on Mechanical, Material Engineering related major.

？ 8+experience in sourcing & purchasing of technical products/components and parts and providing cross-function in overall SCM.

？ A good understanding in industrial components manufacturing is preferred.

？ Outstanding presentation and intern-personnel skills

？ Strong negotiation skills & cross-culture sensitivity communication & change management

？ Fluent written and spoken English
