职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. Triage, case creation and assignment
2. Accurate coding and queue placement
3. Communication with internal Microsoft submitters including Exec, Legal, Press and other Microsoft internal employees and vendor staff.
4. Respond to inquiries from stakeholders about case status
5. Queue wellness
6. Work advocacy cases as needed
7. Resolve customer issues that fall outside the normal support model
8. Deliver timely and comprehensive solutions to appropriate parties
9. Short-term project work across the business
10. Training Delivery
11. Partner closely with support teams across CSS
任职要求：
1. Excellent verbal / written communication skills in English
2. Sound analytical problem solving skills;
3. Strong demonstrated Internet navigation skills
