Job Title: National Route to Mrket Mgr- Indirect channel

Location: Beijing or Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for national Sub-D and WSM business planning, budgeting and sales execution process management, secure Sub-D & WSM KPI deliver based on SOP compliance.

• National Sub-D/WSM development plan owner, provide clear business strategy & targets to field team

• Build sustainable business in Sub-D/WSM via effective trade loyalty programs

• Establish Sub-D/WSM channel execution standards( POS) and lead sales team achieve the goal

• Manage HC resource of Sub-D/WSM, secure investments efficiency through HC management/routes compliance/routes performance tracking & review

• Manage TP of Sub-D/WSM, secure all investment plan in line with plan and guarantee investments return

• Build visibility of Sub-D business( Sub-D served retailers), provide analytic review

• Design WSM develop program under the condition of channel balancing. Secure healthy business model and control WSM risk

• Co-work with sales training team, provide Mars/Chocolate training to Sub-D/FLS in order to build efficiency operations and brand love.

Experience and Competencies required to be successful in the role:

• Comprehensive understanding of China FMCG RTM and distribution model

• At least 6 years famous multinational company RTM/Business development or sales operation experience across both planning and operations

• Strong strategy thinking. Able to have sharp insights in terms of corporate operating model and business structures challenges & opportunity, and provide constructive solutions

• Deeply understand field way of thinking and behave.

• Experience of WSM/DTR management

• Data agility

• Expertise of PPT and familiar with Excel and word
